Community Involvement

At St. Joseph Hospital, our commitment to caring doesn’t stop at the door. We’re also a contributing member of the community. In addition to our partnership with New Haven High School, we’re involved in a number of charitable events and community activities including the Burn Council and the Hoosier Burn Camp. Because the way we see it, being a good neighbor is just a natural part of caring for others.
Day of Caring
St. Joe was thrilled to be a part of helping the United Way of Allen County and Fort Wayne Community Schools in order to ready Lane Middle School and Glenwood Park Elementary schools for the 2008-09 school year. Over 60 Lutheran Health Network volunteers worked alongside school officials at both sites on many painting and landscaping projects.
