The Senior Circle is a national, nonprofit organization committed to enriching the lives of adults age 50 and better. When you join Senior Circle for just $15, your annual membership offers a generous selection of national and local discounts, activities and events, exercise and wellness classes, a chapter newsletter and national publication subscription, in-hospital privileges and much more.

The Senior Circle Mission
Our mission is to encourage the healthiest, most active lifestyle possible through meaningful education, wellness, health and volunteer opportunities at our hospital, while providing a forum for fellowship, valuable member-only discounts and privileges.
The Senior Circle program represents our commitment to meet the needs of those 50 and better by providing opportunities to continue to live the healthiest, most fulfilling lives possible. It is our goal to offer an outlet where those 50 and better can participate in activities and share common interests, all while promoting health and wellness.

- Senior Circle Expo – This annual spring event offers free health screenings, informational booths and entertainment. Watch your newsletter for additional information.
- Health Screenings – Include cholesterol, glucose, stroke, skin cancer, balance, osteoporosis, hearing and foot screenings.
- Lectures – Given by professionals on various health and wellness topics.
- Exercise – Balance and Coordination, Preparing for a Fall and more
- Meal Discount – Receive employee pricing in the cafeterias at St. Joseph, Lutheran and Dupont hospitals. Excludes salad bar and prepackaged items.
- Parking Discount – Fifty percent (50%) discount on daily parking fees in the St. Joseph Hospital parking garage.
- Health Club Discounts – Senior Circle members have free walking privileges on the tracks at select fitness centers and members can join these facilities with no enrollment fee. Call us for a complete list of participating fitness centers.
- Eyeglass Discount – Fifteen percent (15%) discount on glasses (frames and lenses) at Opthamology Consultants of Fort Wayne, 7232 Engle Road and 2512 Dupont Road.
- Medicare Counseling – Meet one-on-one with a volunteer counselor from the state sponsored SHIP program. A counselor is available by appointment on Fridays and can answer questions about Medicare, Medicare Supplement Insurance, Medicare Drug Plans, Medicaid and Long-Term Insurance. This free service is not affiliated with any insurance agent or company. Call 260-425-3439 for an appointment.
