"Baby and Me from A to Z" Class Guide

The Birthplace at St. Joseph Hospital is here to offer you support every step of the way!

The arrival of a new baby is more than just the beginning of life for your new little bundle of joy, it's a time of new experiences for you as well. The staff of The Birthplace at St. Joseph Hospital understands that this period can be one full of uncertainties, and we're here to help. We want to teach you how to take care of yourself and baby during and after your pregnancy.

Register now for "Baby and Me from A to Z," a four-week series of FREE 60- to 90-minute classes for new mothers-to-be that covers topics ranging from prenatal vitamins to car-seat installation. The series is offered as a continuous loop, so no matter which week you join, after four weeks, our goal is for you to feel informed about what you need to know in order to have a safe pregnancy and a healthy baby. In addition, you'll know how to care for baby once you are at home.

Both locations offer single-session and siblings classes. Anthony Medical Center offers an optional full-session class in which all four classes are combined in one six- to seven-hour session.
