St. Joseph Sleep Disorders Center
How long has it been since you've had a good night's sleep?
Sleep-related issues are cited as the most common reason people are late for work in a recent National Sleep Foundation (NSF) poll. The effects of sleep loss and sleep disorders can increase the risk of hypertension, diabetes, obesity, depression, heart attack & stroke. The good news is most sleep disorders can be managed and even corrected if properly diagnosed and treated.
The comprehensive team of multiple discipline specialists working with the staff of the St. Joseph Sleep Disorders Center can use the results of a sleep study to help determine the origin of your sleep disorder and the effects it may be having on your lifestyle and health.
